How This Started

After 15 years in construction, I saw the same problem everywhere. General contractors treated homes like assembly lines. Clients felt rushed, disconnected, uncertain. Small details got overlooked. Change orders surprised people. Nobody was really listening.

Two years ago, I decided to start Total Build & Remodel differently. We wanted to be the contractor we'd call for our own renovation. Someone who shows up knowing every part of the trade, not just delegating. Someone who builds trust first, scope second. Someone who takes pride in the finish, not just the deadline.

Since then, we've been serving Menifee and the Temecula valley doing everything from kitchens and bathrooms to pools, ground-up construction, ADUs, and site work. That breadth isn't an accident. It comes from actually knowing how to build, from foundation to finish.

What We've Learned

Fifteen years in construction teaches you to do one thing well and get pulled into ten others. We're family-owned because that matters.
