About Us
Built on Trust. Built to Last.
Total Build & Remodel LLC is a family owned general contracting company serving Temecula and Riverside County. We've been building and remodeling homes across Southern California for over 15 years.
Our Story
Total Build & Remodel LLC was founded on a simple belief: homeowners deserve a contractor they can trust. One who shows up, communicates clearly, does the work right, and stands behind it.
We started as a small family operation in Temecula and have grown steadily over 15+ years by doing exactly that. Our reputation is built on referrals from homeowners who trusted us with their biggest investment and were glad they did.
Today we handle everything from ground-up custom home construction and ADU builds to full kitchen and bathroom remodels, excavation, concrete work, and specialty contracting. Every project — large or small — gets the same level of attention and care.
Our Approach
How We Work
One Point of Contact
You work directly with ownership from the first call through the final walkthrough. No project managers, no middlemen, no communication gaps.
Transparent Pricing
We provide detailed, itemized estimates before any work begins. What we quote is what you pay — no surprise line items at the end of the job.
Quality Over Speed
We don't cut corners to finish faster. Every phase of your project is completed to the standard we'd want on our own home.
Local Expertise
We know Temecula's building codes, permit processes, and site conditions. That local knowledge saves time and prevents costly surprises.
Clean Jobsites
We treat your property with respect — keeping the work area organized, protecting finished surfaces, and cleaning up at the end of every day.
We Stand Behind Our Work
If something isn't right, we make it right. Our reputation depends on every project we complete, and we take that seriously.
